Return / Refund Policy

Cancellations made 72 hour or more prior to equipment pickup will be fully refunded.
Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to equipment pickup will not be refunded.

Damage Waiver

Turner Ski of Park City offers a Damage Waiver, covering any damages which may occur during Renter's use of the equipment, for each equipment package (per person, per package).

Equipment will be covered for any damage done while skiing on the resort mountain trails ONLY. Equipment is not covered in the event of lost, misplaced, or theft occurs.

By marking YES, Renter is covered in the event of damage while on the resort mountain trails.

By marking NO, Renter accepts full responsibility for ANY and ALL damage to equipment. If damage occurs, Renter will compensate Turner Ski for the total repair value of equipment.

At no time, is the Renter covered in the event of lost, misplaced or stolen equipment. If equipment is lost, misplaced or stolen, Renter will compensate Turner Ski for the total replacement value.
